Refund policy
RETURNS
It is important to us that you are delighted with your new piece of jewellery.
We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Postage is to be covered by the buyer. If your return is accepted, please ensure you return to us carefully packaged with signature on delivery and tracking information to ensure the item arrives safely. Postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
We do not provide refunds on the following items (unless faulty). Custom work, Personalised items, Earrings (for hygiene reasons), Sale items, Gift cards.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
While all our handcrafted pieces are made with attention to detail and carefully inspected, we ask you to please check your order carefully once received and contact us immediately if you find the item defective or damaged. This ensures we can evaluate the issue and discuss how best to make it right.

REFUNDS
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
