AUSTRALIA

We use Australia Post’s Prepaid Satchel delivery service for all domestic shipments including signature required on delivery. This ensures secure delivery.

Express Rate: $20.00

*Optional Extra cover is available on request and costs  $0 for the first $100 of cover and $2.50 for each subsequent $100 of cover (above $100 included cover) up to $5000. 

INTERNATIONAL 

We ship to most international countries with signature on delivery. 

*Optional Extra cover is available on request and costs $0 for the first $100 of cover and $4 for each subsequent $100 of cover (above $100 included cover) up to $5,000.  

Express Rate: $45.00

Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes that may apply. Some countries may have restrictions in place for certain goods, which may affect entry of gemstone & precious metal products. In the event that this occurs we can work with you to explore alternative options or initiate a refund. 

EXTRA COVER 
Australia Post automatically insure parcels up to $100 AUD. For anything else it is up to the customer to request additional insurance. Additional insurance is paid for by the customer.
